Identities and groups

Review an identity

  1. Open Identity from the navigation.
  2. Search or filter the identity list.
  3. Open a user to review profile information, lifecycle status, and connected accounts.

Connected accounts show where an identity exists across integrated applications. Access depends on both the identity’s OpenCrowd state and its permissions in connected systems.

Work with groups

  1. Open Groups.
  2. Select a group to review its members and connected applications.
  3. If authorized, add or remove members.

Membership changes may be written back to registered connected applications. Confirm the intended group and affected systems before saving.
