Is OpenCrowd an identity provider?¶

No. OpenCrowd is the governance layer above an identity provider. It manages and reviews access across connected applications, while the identity provider authenticates users.

Why can’t I see an action described here?¶

The action may require a different role or product edition. Confirm your role with an OpenCrowd administrator.

Why is a user or permission missing after connecting an application?¶

Check connector health, run a manual synchronization, and confirm that the connector’s service account can read the relevant object in the target application.

Should connector credentials appear in documentation or support requests?¶

No. Never publish passwords, tokens, private keys, or other secrets. Redact sensitive values before sharing diagnostic information.
